We start with a conversation, not a contract. We take the time to understand your vision, your lifestyle, your priorities, and your site, and we give you an honest read on whether Trinity is the right builder for what you want to build. 1Discovery & Vision

We work alongside your architect and design partners to clarify and coordinate every scope before construction begins. Many of the homes we build sit on Sarasota's barrier islands and waterfronts, where your architect carries the CCCL and FDEP coastal permitting. Building on those tightly regulated sites takes construction experience most builders do not have. We do.

2Detailed Planning & Design

We build your home in a model before we build it on your lot. Our BIM and SketchUp model runs months ahead of the jobsite, so the selections you have made are proven virtually before they are bought, and the ones you have not made yet are carried as honest allowances built on your real expectations. Surprises get found in the model, where they are inexpensive to fix, instead of in the field, where they are not.

33D Modeling

You see where every dollar sits, at every point in the build. We give you your own login to Procore, the construction platform we run every project on, with real-time access to your budget around the clock. Your contracts, invoices, change events, and actual costs all tie back to your budget in one place, so you can watch commitments and spending against every line as they happen. When a line comes in under, the surplus stays in your budget as contingency, available where it is needed next. When a line runs over, your accumulated contingency covers it openly, and you can see exactly where the money came from and where it went.

4Transparent Budgeting

Our own carpenters work exclusively on Trinity homes. Keeping that core craft in house, rather than subcontracting all of it, gives us direct control over quality, scheduling, and the cleanliness of your jobsite.

5In-House Craftsmanship

We run proven systems and software to keep your project on schedule, on budget, and held to our standard, from buyout through closeout. Nothing important runs on memory or a verbal promise.

6Organized Project Management

Every Trinity project has one dedicated builder on site full time, and that builder is both your project manager and your superintendent. One accountable person plans the work and runs the field, which is why schedules hold, the jobsite stays clean, problems get caught before they are built in, and you are always welcome to walk your home. Six licensed Florida contractors stand behind that builder.

7Full-Time Project Supervision – Every Day, Every Detail
