Like many of our projects, we were able to deliver this project on schedule and even slightly under budget. Some say that the greatest compliment one can provide is a referral. We agree, but even better than that is being able to work with a client on the next project. We are currently working on constructing a new custom home for the parents of these clients. When we say we build more than just homes, we build relationships, we mean it.
Stickney Point Coastal Contemporary was a project that we were exceptionally proud to be a part of. Having the opportunity to work with a client who spent over 30 years in the commercial construction industry seemed upfront like a daunting task. Having the opportunity to earn their trust and prove our processes was a challenge we were ready for. We could not have asked for a better client for this project. Having the ability to navigate schedules, pricing volatility in the months following the pandemic with a client who understood the challenges of building was refreshing and ultimately culminated in a beautifully crafted home that our clients can enjoy retirement in.
