This was only our second custom home project at the time. The first of which was the Sand Dune house. While not as complex as the Sand Dune house, we were able to complete this project well before the completion of the Sand Dune home. This custom home was enjoyed by our clients for a little over a year and true to their style, they were on to the next project. Relocating to Salt Lake City, we were unable to assist with their next project. However, we are proud to say that the home was only on the market for a handful of days due to the excellent styling of DMS interiors and the exceptional quality in craftsmanship we have been come to be known for. We are truly grateful for our clients who gave us the opportunity to build this beautiful home when our brand of home building was not yet known.
Like nearly all of our projects, this project came to our office via a word-of-mouth referral from a long time renovation client of ours. The clients for this project were no strangers to custom home building and renovation as this was their 5th custom home in a decade. Having seen the quality of work at our Bayside Estate project, we were awarded the opportunity to build this beautiful, well design modern home just a few streets North.
