Most cost-plus builders keep their numbers to themselves. Trinity’s books face the client. Every budget line is visible to you, all the way through the build. When a line comes in under budget, the surplus stays in your budget, where you can see it, as contingency available wherever it is needed next. When a line runs over, accumulated contingency covers it in the open, and you can see exactly where the money came from and where it went.

Your home is
built twice.

Once in the model, then on the site. Trinity’s 3D model runs months ahead of the jobsite. Every selection is constructed virtually before we commit to a subcontractor, so sequencing, installation, and coordination issues surface in the model instead of in your home. Selections are proven before they are bought. Selections you have not made yet are carried as honest allowances built on your actual expectations, not placeholder numbers.

The tools are real: BIM modeling, Trimble SketchUp, the Trimble Ri Total Station, HP SitePrint, and the published Trinity Framing Standards our trade partners build against.

A builder on your site,
full time.

Every Trinity project carries a dedicated Builder, a hybrid project manager and superintendent, on site full time. Mistakes are caught before they happen, not discovered after drywall. Six licensed Florida contractors work on our team, and our in-house carpenters work exclusively on Trinity projects.

If the budget and the vision do not line up, we say so before you sign, and we help you close the gap where it can be closed.
