Bay Isles Modern

Having first laid eyes on the renderings and plans for the modern custom home in Bay Isles, I can remember feeling awestruck at the home and the client’s plans. The project was a retirement home for a couple who had recently relocated from New England. Their vision was to design and build a spectacular modern home with a complete concrete shell structure to weather anything mother nature could throw at it. Having been selected as the builder and given the opportunity to bring this remarkable home to reality is an opportunity and blessing that we will always be grateful for. 

Utilizing our BIM software technology, we immediately started to construct the three-dimensional model for this home which is our trial run so to speak. By creating a virtual replica of the home using the architect’s design and structural engineer’s prescription for materials and specifications we were able to see the process and plan for an efficient build. Shortly after starting this project, the world was forever changed by Covid.
