Bay Perfection

Bay Perfection is a beautiful coastal contemporary home on Sarasota Bay. Designed by MHK Architects, it makes the most of the space with a unique 18º turn to maximize the views of the water, Ringling Bridge, and Sarasota skyline. We were very fortunate to work with amazing clients for this unique home build. In true coastal contemporary style, the home is full of warm, soft colors and accentuated by a beautifully executed trim carpentry package. Featuring more than 7,000 square ft of air-conditioned living space and ample room for the entire family to relax and take in all that Sarasota Bay has to offer.

Extensive collaboration with Trinity Design truly brought the clients’ vision to life. The design language of theme colors and textures appears throughout the home in unique ways, tying each individual space and moment together into one cohesive vision of understated luxury.

A robust window package brings light and views into each and every part of the home. At all times bringing the expansive views of Sarasota Bay within reach. Each and every viewpoint is a pleasure to view either the bay or the clouds and sky passing gracefully by on those perfect days.

Very thoughtful review went into each detail and square foot of the home from planning to build. Several areas were considered focal points worthy of extra attention, being the kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and the living room. The kitchen features a La Cornue range with a matching exhaust hood. Multiple cabinet colors and finishes were selected so that the kitchen could serve as a sort of thematic center of the home. The outdoor kitchen is accentuated by fully powder-coated stainless steel cabinetry. Built to last a lifetime in the salt air and look good doing it. The living room is grounded by an oversized six-foot-wide fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone surround as a focal point of entertainment and gathering.
