The One / Main St. Penthouse

The One started off with big ideas and a vision from our client to create a masculine but refined downtown penthouse retreat. Having relocated to Sarasota from Los Angeles, as well as having been involved in many renovation and construction projects previously, our client sought us out to transform this penthouse unit.

Working with our sister company Trinity Design, we created some preliminary plan sets to receive a building permit for demolition. After we had cleared the unit out to the studs, it was time to reimagine what this unit could be. Working with the area’s best tradespeople and craftworkers, we were able to deliver a result that exceeded our client’s expectations. This project was selected as the cover of Home & Design’s Spring issue for 2023 which was our third cover shot awarded in 5 years.
