We were contracted for this project to update this house, which was meant to be a temporary home while their new home was still in construction. The scope of work for this project included adding an additional bedroom as well as a new bathroom to the home, completely relocating the kitchen and updating all finishes throughout the home to give it a much more modern look. This comprised of new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, baseboards and trim, paint and much more. This project also included updating the home movie theater, which we found quite fun.
The home was a 2800 sqft home located in Oyster Bay in Sarasota, FL and was a 7 month project from start to finish. As always, this project was completed on budget and on-time, for another satisfied customer.
