This project was a complete renovation of a large condo on Longboat key with views of both the Sarasota Bay to the East and the Gulf views to the West. This project was recently featured in February 2020 issue of Home and Design Magazine with a 13-page spread featuring this project.
Our client had absolutely fallen in love with the beautiful area of Longboat key and wanted a condo he could visit for family vacations and then ultimately retire to and call home. After a short phone interview with our team and the client, our in house design team began working on designs to fully transform this condo that was built in the 1980’s to a more modern and sleek home our client could more than comfortably vacation at and eventually call home.
This project was a 2,800 sqft condo renovation that was completed in 7 months, as scheduled and as always, on budget. The client was beyond elated with the final result and our team was extremely pleased with the outcome as well.
