The American Institute of Architects, Gulf Coast Chapter, named Trinity Custom Homes its 2025 Builder of the Year. The honor sits among the chapter’s highest recognitions, and it places Trinity in a line that includes Perrone Construction, Josh Wynne Construction, and Michael K. Walker and Associates.
We build for the architect as much as for the client. We protect design intent. We model the home months before ground breaks, so the drawings are tested before anything is framed. We put a builder on site every day, which is how a detail an architect cares about survives contact with the field. The architects we work with most often know that a set of plans handed to Trinity comes back built the way it was drawn.
That is what this award reflects. Not a campaign. The judgment of the people who know the difference between a home that photographs well and a home that was built right.
