Paul Leonard came to Trinity Construction & Design in February of 2022 with a background in commercial construction, specializing in all fascist of concrete.  Paul takes great pride in building lasting relationships with his homeowners and subcontractors.  His commitment to details and willingness to grow makes him a great fit at Trinity Construction & Design.

Paul worked his way up from a union laborer to foreman then to a Superintendent.  His knowledge and experience took him all over the country running large turnarounds in refinery’s performing large scale specialized concrete repairs, including work in Dubai.

Paul was born and raised in Jackson, Mi. where he met his wife in high school and moved to Florida with their son in 2019.  Paul’s passion lies in his love for building Hot Rods, classic cars, motorcycles, and custom painting.  His attention to detail and perfectionism is a perfect pairing for his hobby and building custom homes.  Paul and his family also enjoy relaxing days at the beach and listening to live music.
