This beautiful waterfront home was built for an incredible family who relocated to Sarasota from Colorado. Having spent years in the commercial construction world, our client was extremely knowledgeable of every step and aspect of the build process. It was as smooth as a project could run while building during the pandemic. This project took full advantage of the lot to maximize views.
