Working with renowned architects CMSA and Becky Design we transformed the interior and exterior of this beautiful example of Mediterranean architecture on Lido Key. The project started off with an exterior refresh to include replacement of the clay tile roof, soffits, fascia, gutters and a repaint. Once the exterior items had been completed we moved into phase two to include an update of the interior. We provided all new finished in the kitchen and main living areas as well as a revision of the exterior living area to include motorized louvered covered seating area complete with integral shades all wrapped in stone to match the aesthetic of the home. We were awarded this project after having completed renovations on the neighboring property. Maintaining integrity and reputation when renovating homes is paramount to our business and the opportunity to work for the neighbors is a testament to the professionalism and quality that our team and trade partners put into each project.
