In spring of 2021 we completed this interior and exterior selective scope renovation and addition project in Laurel Oaks. We worked with both DMS interiors as well as our client to add a sitting room onto the master bedroom. Additionally we completed a complete renovation of both his and het master bathrooms. To cap it off we completed an exterior renovation of the outdoor living area including all new stained tongue and groove select cypress ceilings, as well as renovation of the covered outdoor living room and outdoor kitchen.
One of the most unique features of this renovation is the completely custom three panel glass shower enclosure for his master bathroom. This piece was hand-built by our friend and trade partner Spencer Lynn of SL Glass specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed working with out client on this renovation to bring their vision to reality.
